Highly recommended. Bought a Citroen Nemo a few months ago – from the start, the service was relaxed and friendly, with none of the “attitude” you often get with car sellers and garages. Very pleased with the car, and when a couple of minor issues needed attention, post-sales service was quibble-free and efficient. I even received a reply on a Sunday evening outside work hours (thanks Mark!) and the problem was fixed first thing the following morning. Keep up the good work!

Our car had a minor problem as we drove away after picking it up. We returned and the car was immediately booked in to be checked over. The problem was sorted quickly (and over a Bank Holiday weekend) and we picked it up a couple of days later. A beautiful car at a very reasonable price. A little while ago I bought my sprinter from these guys, bought it blind and had it delivered. I looked at the reviews and trusted them and I’m really glad I did.Not long after I took delivery of the van, it suffered a minor gearbox issue. Absolutely seamless. I bought a SEAT Alhambra SE Lux on Saturday from Wimborne Car Sales, part ex-ing my old Alhambra, for which I was offered a competitive price. Tom has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and he’s answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. I drove the car 156 miles back home yesterday, and the car performed as expected and was an absolute delight to drive. This is my third Alhambra so I knew what to expect and it didn’t disappoint. The heated seats and changeable ride comfort (dynamic suspension) are game changers! The finance was effortless and a decision was reached in minutes. The paperwork was prepped ready for our visit and finalised quickly. The whole team of staff were pleasant and informative. I bought a ford Kuga from Wimborne Car Sales in march 2020 and noticed a knocking noise from the transmision in the first week then lockdown happened . After a month I contacted Mark at WCS and he immediately asked me to take it to him and we went for a test drive and he gave me a courtesy car and after his own investigation he took it to Ford for diagnosis and as a result he changed the drive shaft to the rear axial as well as the front two shafts . It cost Mark a lot of money to get to the bottom of the issue , but he did all the work under the warranty he gave me . Its not often you find a honest car dealer that keeps his word.I highly reccomend Wimborne Car Sales.
